Welcome to Timberline Pilates

WE'VE MOVED AND ARE NOW A "FULL EQUIPMENT" STUDIO!  COME SEE OUR COMBO CHAIR, CADILLAC/REFORMER, ALL TO HELP YOU WITH YOUR CLINICAL AND PERSONAL GOALS!
Timberline Pilates is a small studio in the little, wonderful town of Westcliffe, Colorado. We are situated in the Wet Mountain Valley… a valley of hay fields, cattle, deer, elk and other abounding wildlife, criss-crossed with meandering streams and homesteaders' cabins. The valley backs up to the Sangre De Cristo (Blood of Christ) and Wet Mountain ranges, full of Spanish history and incredible peaks. We are  blessed by the best neighbors and friends a body could ask for.  Timberline Pilates tries to emanate those blessings to the community and “nourishment” to its clients.

OUR STUDIO HAS MOVED! WE ARE NOW LOCATED AT 107 N. 3RD ST...RIGHT BESIDE THE "WINE MINE."  Don't fret about your ability, size or age...Pilates works and we'll accomplish your fitness goals together through hard work, lots of encouragement, inspiration and fun.
